Arthur is a music composer, lyricist, writer, actor, and actor. He grew up singing in the church with his father and mother. He later landed television roles and starred in several plays. Currently, Arthur and James A. Brooks are collaborating on several diverse projects including a screenplay with Michael D. Acosta titled 900WEST, which is in the development stage.
